I can't do without it! I keep on buying it almost every month. I use it for ganaches, cakes, caramels, ice creams, marshmallows.... I use it in everything. It is easy to use, and the texture is magnificent.

When did they change glucose?
And I’m a little disappointed in this product. I was hoping for a regular glucose. However, it seems that the industry has decided to water down their glucose. It did work fine in the recipe, but I had to double it.

Not worth the money
Bought by mistake on the size. It’s really really small for the price it’s a ripoff. And they won’t accept returns. Make sure you get another one!!
