These work well, but beware, the sludge that grips the side of the pipe may need some gentle encouragement to let go of the walls by the bathroom sink plughole, before using this. I used a 8 inch thin but stiff wire to go around the plughole and then applied this.. What was a slow to drain bathroom sink due to shaving and hairs in drain + soap and grime, now drains so fast the only thing your hear is the slurping noise the drain makes sucking the water out. Accept no substitutes for all your drain cleaning and maintenance jobs, enzyme based drain cleaner is all there should be, period.

This worked on a slightly blocked sink in one room. But one that wasn't letting much water down at all, it didn't work at all. I suggest only use this if you don't have a serious blocked sink.

I have a slow draining bath & use various products periodically to help ‘clear out’ the pipes. Poured half a bottle down the plug hole, left it for about 15 hours & the next day saw a noticeable difference with the speed the water drained away. Worked fine for me!
