I recently started cooking with a wok on our gas stove and this fits great on the grates. I've tried other ones and they were okay but this is cast iron and sits steadily on stove and transfers heat perfectly around round bottom carbon steel wok. Highly recommend it.

this is a great wok stand very nicely made out of cast iron. if you have a wok, you need one of these. keeps your wok in place while cooking. even when not cooking, your wok will stay nice and stable to load it up. those that are complaining that theres cracked- that's just the inherent nature of cast iron. when using this, you have to be careful to not drop it. all things made out of cast iron can crack if struck sharply. even cast iron pans and dutch ovens will crack if you drop them or bump them sharply against something. and dont ever try to wash it with cold water if its hot- all cast iron will crack. use common sense and it will last you a lifetime. this wok stand is essential if you own a wok. and its designed perfectly, not wasting any space. holds my wok perfectly. i use it daily with out any issues.

This made a huge difference using the wok on a gas stove. I didn’t expect to see that big of a change. The flame now gets around my wok more efficiently and the food cooks more evenly so it is very functional. It fits well on my Frigidaire Gallery stove, although it took just a bit of trial and error to figure out the correct alignment. It is good quality and good value and I would recommend it if you are just thinking about it.
