Hi there, You can use the LEGO Power Functions Train Motor 88002 on the LEGO Winter Holiday Train 10254, but you'll need more Power Functions. To get the train moving, you'll also need the LEGO Power Functions AAA Battery Box 88000 or LEGO Power Functions Rechargeable Battery Box 8878.
