Good consistent quality. Been using for several years, price is similar to retail stores but not the brand, i like thoa one since it disolves.

This item should be taken along with vitamin D. The price was average however it's easy to take, just put it under your tongue and there is no after taste.

I saw some videos on social media that has really caused me to take a step back and to start looking into who makes what I take supplement wise, among other areas. This works well, I haven't done the sublingual thing since I have other supplements that I take as well. I found out that K vitamins are used to migrate calcium out of the blood and into bone, so instead of taking a calcium blocker which can have other not wanted effects, I figured I would try this instead.
