Does it come with a case to keep the board and pieces in?

Ours did not - it came securely set in styrofoam.

I have an outdoor cedar table with 12x12 tiles inlaid. I would like to remove the tiles and insert the chess board. How do you think it will hold up

Sometimes boards are even made of 13 inches dimensions as the item is handmade! but our craftsman tries their best to make it look 100% perfect. But the original size we sell is 12 Inches so you can purchase it.

What are the dimensions of the squares? I can see the board is 12 inches size, but need the size of the actual squares as I have (large) figurines.
