Interactive Notebook: Life Science, Grades 5 - 8

The book is great. The content is excellent on target for age and fun to do. Love the concept of having the child build their own science book. The note taking ideas are great and creative. Con ** You need to cut out almost all the pages in the book and since the book is double sided pages you have to copy every other page so your child or student can use the lesson part and cut out the activity. Cost me another almost $15 at Staples so that we could use the book. Very frustrating. No just the cost would not make me buy these books again.

It is a pretty good resource for life science. I started the class in the second half of the year. It will be a great resource for anyone teaching life science to 6th and 7th graders.

This is a super helpful tool for interactive notebooks. I use it in my 7th and 8th grade classes. I wont use every single one, but they offer a great visual representation for kids, and gives them a break from regular note taking. I had my school purchase true physical science and earth science versions and those are great too.

I teach middle school science and was really excited for this book to add some fun elements to our interactive notebooks. There are plenty of good pages, but also a few of them that I would never use for my specific life science class. All of the instructions are well written and seem easy to use and even provide you with a mini lesson for the students. Overall, this is a great book and a super fun way to have an interactive notebook in your science class
