El producto en si está bien , es lo que yo esperaba, pero lo único que no está bien es para sacar el recipiente del agua, porque al jalarlo te machucas o te lastimas el dedo pulgar,

Presser recieved and worked for a few days fine, then started leaking water through hot head , very disappointed ruined my white shirts , however other than the water leak which was a possibility a malfunction in Machinery I returned and gonna try again.. I have no other issues with this presser.. Notes:: ATT: SPEEDYPRESS i press my work clothes along with my childrens clothes on a daily base this is why I invested in this 40in presser SpeedyPress we do need to do better with this 1/4in light-weight green padding which only last a few weeks.. , even though it comes with a extra (sponge ) pad we need better quality padding for a $600.00 presser..

My husband and I are both very disappointed in this Steam Press. I paid $500.00 + shipping and etc. The steam press stopped heating and after trying the suggested manuel fixes, it still is not working! Because I purchased it in late July 2025 the return window is closed. I would like a full refund but i’m sure the seller will not do that! We will think twice next time and keep the large sum of money in our pockets! Extremely disappointed customers!

It is a little over a year and the steam feature stopped working. I have used only distilled water. Otherwise, I like it.

I do love this press so far, just hoping it lasts more than 8 months like the last one did. warranty is good for 6 months. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR WHEN BUYING THIS ITEM AND GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. this was a game changer! They were so helpful and replaced the press very quickly. Thank you to them, will buy more items with the extended warranty because of this!

If I could rate this product a negative -100 I would most certainly do so. This is the 3rd product and they are clearly sending us refurbished items. Yet we are paying full price for the product. The product stops heating up to correct temperatures during usage. Which is we attempted to purchase another because Amazon advised our warranty was no longer valid. I'm greatly disappointed with Amazon as well as SPEEDY PRESS!!
