What does the "trace mineral complex" at 100mg consist of?

Yes, I noticed that and doubt the information provided. I generally use Complete Liquid Multi Mineral and THAT product is VERY clear on what exactly is IN the bottle. Difficult to find and $$ but worth it I believe. Good luck.

Is this product gluten free?

Yes. It is just trace minerals. No wheat, barley, or rye.
