Never used elbow sleeves or braces before so didn't know what to expect. These significantly reduce elbow pain (I think mine is tendonitis) while lifting. I now wear them anytime I'm going to do upper body work. They are comfortable and breathable, good for workouts and could wear for longer periods. After several months of use they are holding up pretty well. Other people come up to me and ask about them. Definitely recommend for anyone experiencing elbow pain.

I had never used elbow sleeves or braces before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. These made a noticeable difference—they significantly reduced my elbow pain from tennis elbow while playing pickleball. They’re comfortable, breathable, and allow me to play several games in a row, whereas before I struggled to get through even one. I’d recommend them to anyone dealing with elbow pain.

My husband saw another guest at the YMCA wearing this item. He just bought his own pair to stabilize his elbow while lifting weights. My husband is quite pleased with the fit and support of this item.

Don't like it, and I thought I would. If you purchase this, purchase a size up (larger). After wearing for awhile it began to hurt because the material chafes at elbow crease. So, it's uncomfortable. No way you could sleep with this on all night. Next I noticed that the material is Hot. Plus the material itself is uncomfortable. Lastly, it did nothing for the pain in my elbow and is difficult to remove. Am considering returning this item & probably will. *Note: I'm adding a star because of the excellent customer service I received. They were very understanding and provided a high satisfactory resolution. So why not purchase from a seller who stands behind their product and actually cares? By the way, I decided not to return this item.

I purchased these for both myself and my wife. They help keep the area around the elbow and upper forearm warm, with a little compression. We love them, picked up a few extra to have for when the first pair wears out. Well the first pair lasted about 4-5 years, using them about 5 days a week. I'm sold!
