Since taking these I already have so much more energy and its only been 1 week so far..

They are pretty good but there are better products out there but they are more expensive but i will pick food state above the chemical stuff any day of the week, i have been takeing supplements for a very long time and chemical vit are a waste of money and can cause more harm than good.

The versions of the vitamins and minerals look very impressive, especially at the price.

I was shocked to find printed on the bottle, that this product contains talc and an E number. These facts are not stated on the website, which I am very disappointed about. I will not be buying this product again.

Now we have been trying to conceive for over 6 months and only found out 3 weeks ago that i am currently pregnant, this may be a coincidence however i am not complaining. He said he noticed a change in how he was feeling towards the end of the 2 month so we have got some more to see if it continues.

Hard thing to review because it's a vitamin - and there's no real evidence that they actually have any health benefit - but since we're here buying or thinking about buying vitamins I guess we assume they do. So these are plant-based which is great for the exploitation of animals as use for ingredients, you get 60 which will cover you for 2 months, with no horrid flavour or chalky aftertaste and no noticeable side effects after using them for a fortnight. Can only offer 5 stars - will update if anything changes.
