I've tried many multi vitamins over the years and this is the best one a day multi I have come across yet. It has the best forms of each vitamin and mineral for good absorption and in good amounts. My husband I both take these, and our hair and nails grow super fast and are stronger than before (no other change in diet or other habits), so we're definitely getting good absoprtion from these!

THIS IS MY LAST PURCHASE OF THIS cheaply revised version of what USED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST Multi vitamins on the market!!!!!
