I use it for filling my brows and it works very well🥰🥰

This is a very useful brush. I did not rate softness becuase its stiffer bristles are a feature. They are soft enough not to bother my eyelids but they are stiff enough to be useful. I use it to line with shadows, to smudge gel and kohl liner, and sometimes, I use it to line with liquid liner as it gives better control than some liquid line tips. Incidentally, a little trick somebody taught me - use it to pick up gel and kohl liner from the tip and apply these with this brush. I have found this method to be more precise than the actual eyeliner pencils unless they are sharpened to a very fine tip - which dulls down anyhow a few mm into your line anyhow. So less sharpening, and less wasted product. Very happy with this and have already purchased one for a friend who also told me that she really likes is and finds it useful. Happy to recommend to other people. Also, amazing price for what has become a constantly used brush.
