The swivel is sturdy and strong, holds weight well and spins with ease. The carabiners which come with it are also of high quality. Pleased with overall package.

I inserted this swivel between my heavy bag's d-ring and the ring at the top of the mount. The swivel allows the bag to rotate freely around its vertical axis, and reduces strain on the straps and the metal hardware. The rotation of the swivel is silky smooth and totally quiet. In the long run, this swivel will pay for itself in terms of making the bag and hardware last longer. Highly recommend! Not sure why the review process is asking me about a toy -- "Was the toy suitable for the selected age?" This isn't a toy. It's a piece of hardware for hanging heavy things and allowing them to spin.

Use these to hang my swinging chairs from on my porch, easy to use, rugged and very durable, have been out on an open porch for a year now and still look almost new. Also gives a great sense of security as strong as they appear.
