It's simple to attach. Nothing mind boggling about it and it works. What more can you ask for.

This universal phone-to-optics adapter does work, and I was able to get some genuinely great photos using it with my iPhone and a pair of binoculars. Once everything is lined up correctly, the image quality is impressive and it definitely adds a fun layer to bird-watching or sightseeing. That said, getting to that point takes some fiddling. The clamp setup and alignment process require patience, and even small bumps can shift things enough that you have to readjust. It’s compatible with a wide range of devices, but that “universal” design is also what makes it a bit finicky. If you’re willing to spend a little extra time setting it up, it can deliver great results. But if you’re hoping for a quick snap-on system or plan to use it in situations where you need fast shots, this may feel a bit cumbersome. Overall, it works, and the photos turned out better than I expected — just be prepared for a bit of setup time.

With your phone securely clamped and using proper eyepiece size, the iPhone 11 (and also the iPhone 6&7 - so I think bad fit for all iPhones). Problem is clamp bracket is so thick it keeps the iPhone camera lens 5/16" away from the Starscope monocular lens - letting in light a blurring the image. The advertisement in Amazon was professionally done and it looked good - JUST DOES NOT WORK - am returning.

If you have a phone and already have a pair of binoculars then this is a quick (and affordable) way to take some photos that will astound you. Of course, the quality of the photos can only be as good as: - The quality of the camera on your phone - The quality of the binoculars - Your ability to adjust them to their best performance level. The most difficult thing is to take your time is setting it up up. You well also need a tripod and a mount for the binoculars because this is going to be nearly impossible to use handheld. The adjustment to hold the mount on the eyepiece was fairly easy even with the Nikon's rubber eyecups. The rest is a bit of a logic puzzle to get the correct lens of the phone to align with the focal point of the binocular. To eliminate the circular sort of photos you see taken with many phones, just use your phone's zoom to fill the frame. Once all is adjusted you just use the binocular's focus adjustment. The photo I include was taken with Nikon Monarch M5 binocular and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. According to Google Earth the tank was approximately 1000 feet away.

Ok works , but not high quality

This device was a surprise! It worked better than I thought it would. It held my phone securely to the scope and the balance of the scope was not affected.

This holder is very good, I use two other adapter but this is my best choice, I'm very much satisfied with this adapter, 1. its Hold the lance and phone very strongly. 2. It's very easy to setup, don't take long time to adjust the camera with lance. the problems what I face with other adapter by using this all are gone.
