No complaints what-so-ever! It arrived at the designated time and place. Friendly handoff. I was hoping it wasn’t poorly made and it is not, good quality for an affordable price. Lots of inside and out. So many pockets you might need to write a reminder on where you put stuff. Great backpack for and scholar young or “no-so young “. The straps are wide with a cushion base, and adjustable. Sits good when places on the floor. I suggest getting it.

I was looking for a roomy carry-on for a 12-hour plane ride. This was the nearly perfect choice. The main compartment was a good size, and the side pockets were large enough for good-sized water bottles. I also liked the fact that it has a loop to attach to a luggage handle on the back of the pack with a hidden pocket behind it. This was large enough that I didn't miss the luggage that the airline had "misplaced" for the 24 hours it took to find it. I had a change of clothes, a book, toiletries, phone, tablet, and everything that I needed for an overnight without luggage. Two minor-ish issues: 1. The carry straps on the top are just too long and get tangled up in things like travel pillows that you might want to attach to the outside of the pack. 2. The plug that you can attach a charging pack to seemed to only be able to trickle charge my tech, and was largely useless. Overall, it was comfortable to wear, easy to transport, and a perfect size for an unexpected overnight trip without my real luggage. I'd buy it again.

Phenomenal products and seller!! I saw a lady carrying their large pink backpack one day at a medical building and asked her what brand it was- behold the Falanko backpack! She told me how she loved the many compartments and zippered areas, and that the shoulder straps were in fact very comfortable. She was exactly correct. I got on Amazon and ordered the larger size right away- but in the lovely gray color. It’s well worth the cost, if you are in anyway doubtful, because I am certain it will last you a long time. I’m 45, and have never seen such a well made/quality backpack before this one! It even has a charging connection/cord included inside one area for iPad or laptop charging. Wow. Very impressed… but the Best part for me is how kind the seller- Falanko- has been. They respond as fast as they are able via messaging them, and answer questions and help in anyway they can- to ensure you are satisfied with their product(s). I’ve been an Amazon Prime member for many years, and some sellers don’t even respond!, much less care about their customers. Falanko is sincere and does care- about quality and respecting their buyers. I thought I’d try one of their lovely duffle bags… because, honestly, why not stick with a great seller?! I never even looked at a single other option but theirs. Well, unlike many products with horrible zipper quality, Falanko is not so! Their zippers are very sturdy. I love the small duffle bag (light green one) I just purchased. So, do check out their store on Amazon. The small duffle bag is something manageable for me with my many appointments (nearly daily) and traveling between them with important papers and items. The large duffle bag would be a great size if you’d like a nice quality gym bag/swim bag. Again- quality products and caring seller. I 100% fully recommend them to you, and I’m not one to do reviews, but they’ve more than earned this one and I’m more than happy to share with you my honest feedback.
