why are most other brands used in hot drinks and this one only directed with cold drinks? it makes huge clumps in a cold drink

I don't know why. But I use it in both hot and cold drinks and my nails still seem to grow and maintain strength. For cold drinks, l mix it into a 100% natural fruit juice; a tropical pineapple, mango and apple by Langers (I think). It's the most palatable juice for the collagen.

Is the bovine source from grass fed beef?

The label does not state “grass fed beef” only “100% bovine collagen”. Would require further research.

Can I add this to my coffee?

Very little flavour. I think the vitamins add a smidge of taste but it us easily covered up in juice, or my favourite, hot cocoa!
