We use this in the house or in our big van. We love reading books while on the road, but it can be hard to hear in the back while draveling quickly. We plug this into the aux (with an adapter) and read away. It has a really long cord so even those in the back can take a turn at the mike. Whether we are reading, playing a game, talking or anything else, we can all hear what is going on. I LOVE the on/off switch that is has too. You can leave it plugged in, but turned off. It picks up sound very well also. Great product!

This is the second one of these microphones that I've bought. I picked up one (same brand/model) last month at one of the local big box stores and it worked well enough that we wanted another one. We're not using them with a Singing Machine karaoke system, but rather a Pyle Home PT270AIU 300-Watt Stereo Receiver, which has two microphone inputs and allows you to sing/talk over whatever is playing. The two mics work reasonably well - given the system we're using them with. And considering these microphones themselves are pretty budget priced compared to professional grade equipment. Still, they are more than adequate since we're just playing around at home. I like that the cords are ten feet long, that means we don't have to use extension cords. One thing that I might note, these mics are unidirectional, but you really need to hold the microphone close to your mouth and (this is important) sing/talk directly into the top of the microphone. The design of the mic inside the head is such that sounds coming into the sides doesn't reach the microphone (I unscrewed the head off one and discovered that). All-in-all, these are decent enough given what they are selling for. I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought these as a replacement and extra mic for a singing machine karaoke machine. These have the thick round plugs to connect to the machine. They turn on and off. They work well for karaoke with the machine. Usually the kids have the mics very close to their mouths so it’s hard to hear what they are saying, but you can definitely hear them. These were a good value and I thought reasonably priced for a parent torture device. The kids love them both with the karaoke machine and just for imaginative play.

I got this last minute to host a bingo show. It cuts out often, especially if you speak loudly. Clarity is that sharp, kinda sounds muffled a bit

Wir haben das Mikrofon für die Karaoke Maschine der selben Firma zu Weihnachten gekauft gekauft und es funktioniert einwandfrei war schon ein paar mal in Gebrauch. Falls es sich ändert werde ich das hier noch einmal schreiben aber zur Zeit Daumen hoch.
