Exo Terra Precision Incubator Pro for Reptile Terrariums

I hatched all my gecko eggs in this for 2024. No issues at all. Held temp once it was set in. I had no issues. Considering a second one for 2025

Had this for approx 6weeks. This was a last minute purchase for my fat tail gecko eggs, I will definitely update when hatching season is is over but.... So far it's maintaining temperature and the eggs are growing as they should be! As other reviews have said humidity regulation is difficult, it's certainly good at maintaining humidity but runs high, if you need a very specific mid to low range, this might not be for you, but if you need 70's or 80's it's great. For anyone struggling with this, the best way to regulate it isn't through the digital hygrometer but simply by reducing the amount of water you add in the tray. The digital thermostat has a range of 4degrees so set accordingly for that, this is typical of the majority of thermostats.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Exoterra incubator. I set the display for 84 degrees with 80% humidity and within three days of plugging it in, the digital display started to glitch (see photo) and was unable to maintain a steady temperature or humidity. I used an additional thermostat and humidity gauge (which is always recommended) and it showed the incubator fluctuated between 4 to 7 degrees throughout the day and the humidity spiked as much as 20%. Any reptile keeper knows how precious the eggs of their pet are, and this product is very unreliable.

Temperature control is great, I could never get the humidity to stabilize for chameleon eggs.

We had paired up a couple of our hognose snakes.. we were in need of an incubator.. after a few video reviews o chose this one.. easy set up. We had used a separate thermostat to keep an eye on temps as advised in a few reviews.. we hatched out 3 clutches of eggs.. only lost 2 eggs out of 30. Wish they offered different sizes

Power cord doesn't work

product defective gets hot and continues to heat. Temp cannot be lowered.

Don’t even purchase your baby reptile dragons will die mold will grown on it and it smells horribly a home made incubator is much more better and safer than this

Pessima incubatrice mi ha fatto saltare due uova di tartaruga e spero non mi abbia danneggiato anche le altre. Non reggee la temperatura impostata soprattutto l'umidità. Impostata a 70 l'ho trovata a 90.

Nous avons commandé cet article en deux exemplaires, et à chaque fois il est arrivé sans les boites d’incubation soit disant incluses et offertes…. De plus, le contenant de qualité médiocre , un simple polystyrène, est arrivé endommagé. Voir les photos .

Really like this incubator, first one I've ever used and it was really simple to set up, I'm currently incubating 7 blazing blue collared lizard eggs which are developing amazingly, I feel that the price might be a little steep however for the job it's doing and the fact I'm now seeing full developing babies in the eggs I'm not gonna complain to much about the price, the price is mostly in the lid though due to it being a Styrofoam box, on the plus it does make it very light weight and easy to move around if needed, just be careful of the ventilation holes in the bottom if you have water in it when moving it as it will slosh around and drip out of the vent holes, I would have liked an easier way to dispose of the water, so that if you want to drain it you can do so easily without any spills, that being said this is still an absolutely amazing product and does everything it is suppose to do, keeps humidity up, holds a solid temperature, I'm very happy with this product over all!
