great, ease of use, plug and play.
kinda slow to print. however, its a tank of a product and havent had an issue. I use this specifically with my Square Stand.

Great Printer
I bought this printer to replace another termal printer that wasn’t working in our food truck. This printer has not disappointed and has been excellent. No issues with connectivity, printing or any other issues. It definitely does the job.

Works great just don’t let it run out of paper or you have to take the time to reset your pos system but it does work great

Works with square stand
Works great with the square stand. Took a little bit to understand how to change settings to have it show up on the square stand but YouTube helped tremendously. Great quality,

Love this printer. works awesome. I use Idosoft software and they recommended it. Great Product.

Works great until it doesn't.
Constantly disconnected, used support to get it re-connected a few times, then they couldn't get it to connect either. Said it was under warranty, were going to ship me a replacement... which never arrived. Wasted money.

Overall GOOD, just connection issues
It has connection issues or error even it is a wired connection. We just turn it off and on, then it work again.
