Flash Freezing: State of the art rapid "blast freezing", then vacuum sealing, ensures that all the nutrients as well as flavor are "locked-in" our meat, poultry and seafood selections. In addition, storing fish frozen three or more days at -4 degrees, will eliminate any of the impurities sometimes present in unfrozen fish. All items are vacuum sealed unless noted differently in the description.
It is one of the more flavorful cuts of beef, its marbling of fat makes this very good for slow roasting and it also goes well on a grill cooked to any degree.
