Good product, will buy again

Gladly I will give 5 stars for this Headgear strap. Same as my original Headgear strap. I was hoping for the best and would like this strap even If it was close to the original. When I got it, I placed the new one beside the original and put the straps in the same place as my original. It was a perfect fit and did not adjust any straps. The whole Headgear w/ cushions felt so better and helped with my leaks. I did not realize that just getting a new headgear strap would make such a difference with the feel of the whole cpap gear. I thought just cleaning my old straps was ok but I realize they get too soft & worn out (especially velcro) with no support for the cushion.

Worked fine on a Phillips headgear, and is cheap.

This headgear fits well and is very comfortable to sleep in, and it doesn't leave too much of an indentation, but this is a product you'll have to buy annually as the Velcro gives out rather quickly. Although a very good product for the short-term.

This Respironics Amara View headgear is the original brand name product as advertised and not a knock off like other vendors sell. The price and value for the money is great as it will last and fit properly longer. I was so pleased I bought it again immediately.

My fix for when Velcro stops sticking is to take a half inch strip of double sided Velcro and cut it down to the size needed and sandwich it between the original Velcro in the strap. This works great and adds months of use to the headgear. My apologies for the lack of articulation.

I have one of those full face masks where the strap goes over tabs. These straps are a bit short and I figured the Velcro would wear out after a lot of doing and undoing. When fixed in place the loops are too small to get my fingers in so I attaches simple fat style rubberbands I got from Staples and set the strap a little shorter. Now I can easily get my fingers in the rubberbands and stretch them over the tabs on the mask next to my cheeks.
