KuRoKo Slim Lightweight Book Folios Case Cover for Remarkable 2 10.3 inch Digital Paper(2020 Released)-Black

This is for my Remarkable 2. I bought it as a cheap option just to see if I wanted one or not because the real ones are quite expensive and it turns out this is all I need.. does the job perfectly, it’s lightweight and has a cute astronomy design.

very nice product. Not that lightweight, but decent quality. I suspect the first thing to go in a few years may be the elastic (however, well-designed) penholder. But, nice quality and and practical solution!

KuRoKo book folio is a well made case cover for the Remarkable 2. It has a good finish and is well made. The pocket for the stylus is very useful as it keeps the Stylus in place better than the magnetic element on the side of the Remarkable. I was always keeping the stylus in my jacket pocket as I was afraid it would slip off while carrying just the remarkable. I bought the Folio case just because of the stylus pocket in the KuRoKo. However the KuRoKo case is heavy and not as slim as the Polymer Weave Folio from Remarkable. It does get a bit more bulky in your backpack.

My case has no magnet in the cover. It does not stay closed as advertised. The tablet holder is from hard plastic so I am hesitant if any damage will occur to the remarkable. I expected more based on the reviews.

First of all, it says the cover has a magnet for closing. There is no magnet. Second of all, the cover is designed incorrectly. When viewing remarkable notebook or page in landscape mode, it is upside down when propped up with the case (see pic). The only way to fix it is to put the tablet in opposite way but your power button and port cannot be accessed. Don't think this product was even tested.

I'm pretty happy with this case, considering the price - $20 when I purchased it. The material feels durable, the inside of the cover is soft and won't scratch the rM, and it fits it perfectly. If I dropped my rM, I think that it would stand a good chance with this case, but it's not heavy duty protection. It does have a KuRoKo logo on the front, which oddly isn't displayed on the sales picture, so I attached a photo. Even with the case, the magnetism on the side of the rM is strong enough that the marker can still attach to the top right of the side of the case easily, and the back pocket keeps the marker secure enough that it's not going to slip out when travelling. So for $20 you're getting something that looks very similar to the $200 Book Folio, but it has even more functionality. I'd highly recommend it.
