The engaging text which uses a lot of pictures makes it a very easy read. It is clearly labelled, though many countries/regions are clubbed together. Its quite clearly stated in the description so I was expecting this. With popular iconic landmarks, animals and terrain woven into the maps, this is a huge favourite in my house. More suited to a kid around 5 +, though I've been picking out only certain, pertinent details like animals or terrain or landmarks to show and discuss to my 4-year-old. Review: We actually bought a 2nd copy for our daughter's Preschool class. He teacher absolutely loved it and uses it often to teach the kids about the 7 continents. The kids stay engaged with colorful illustrations and neat facts. My husband loves geography and was absolutely thrilled with this book and the included map. If you home school young kids or would love to share a fun and educational book, you should pick this up.

This is such a fun introduction to geography! Got this for my son when he turned 3 - he's now almost 4 and still loves reading through his atlas! He can identify continents and has started to reference them in his imaginative play, which is so fun. The illustrations and colors are vibrant and well done. Totally recommend!
