No, unfortunately you can’t change the display colors.

How do you change the time on the watch for the time change?

Changes automatically with the app downloaded on your phone or when you restart your phone.

Will it remind me to exercise or drink?

You can enable up to 20 alarms per day, alarms can be used as reminders to do certain tasks throughout the day or simply to wake you up in the morning. When an alarm is triggered, your fitness tracker will quietly vibrate on your wrist .

How do you change the home screen style on the watch? There is not a settings of main interface in the app like the manual says.

You can change your watch’s home screen to match your goals, needs, and style in the app. Open hband app, Tap Mine, then ‘Y39’, then choose ‘Dial settings’
