Great little window AC
So far so good. Worls great. Connects to wifi and works with alexa. Very easy for this 67 year old grandma to install in the window by herself. So far it is working great.

Excellent AC
Bought this for our bedroom. We are in the San Joaquin Valley, CA. Even though it is only May, we are getting up to 100+ some days. Our master bedroom is about 600 sq ft. This little AC just kick ass. I am so impressed with how well it cools the room. Every time I walk in, I wish I ould find a way to pull the cool air into the rest of the house. I am so impressed that I bought the 14k unit for the front living room. We shall see how it works. But, for the money, this is a kick-ass buy.

Nice little air compressor but way too noisy. I probably should have bought a different brand
This air conditioner way too noisy. I mean way too noisy. I bought this for our bedroom and we're about ready to get rid of it. Everything else was good

Not a good product.
Worked for 15 minutes, turned off & now won’t turn back on.

I love it
I have had no problems with this AC. It took me a few weeks to hook it up and reading the reviews had me a little worried but I’ve had no issues. It was a pain to pair with my phone but I got it figured out. I have it set on times and I’m a cool pickle now.
