Strong, durable, secure closure and airtight. I bought this for dry food for my dog, which obviously I want to keep dry but also secure from mice. I don't have mice in my kitchen but it is always possible if there is a smell of food, they seem to be able to squish themselves through the smallest of spaces. This container is perfect for the dog's food, as well as for many other things, I'm sure. It is very well made. I'm really pleased with it, it seemed too inexpensive to be very good, but I ordered it to see because it is the perfect size. I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality.

Fantastic. These fit perfectly in IKEA Kallax units. Have Kallax units in my boarded out garage and store drinks/ beers / jars/packets/tins of pantry cupboard stock. Means they stay clean and airtight. Those pesky little mini beasts 🤣 can’t get in. Fabulous containers with lids.

I use this form storing 3D printer filament with desiccant to dry it out. It’s not advertised as air tight but in manages Ron keep the humidity at 10% so it’s good enough for what I need
