Cheap item I am trying to send back

Process involves crimping the poster into place, the crimps given tore right through the poster when they're supposed to snap in place.Was a bit skeptic at the fact there's no glass or backing for the frame, but decided to give it a shot. Tore the poster on the first attempt, so thankfully the rest of it is fine.As it's bought through IKEA, returning the item means going to the closest IKEA location (over an hour away).

Does not work as advertised. If I could give it 0 stars I would!
