Does this have the back strap to slide down over handle of luggage

Mine was a different pattern, and each pattern seems to have a slightly different design. Mine has no outside pockets or back strap. Mine was furry friends. Look around at the different patterns, as the designs seem to vary with the fabric pattern. I was surprised by that.

So this question has not been answered definitively...does this bag have a strap on the back to slide over the handle of a carry on suitcase?

No it does not but, I slide the handles over the suitcase handle (suitcase with wheels). I have this complete set which shows you how you can stack it on the suitcase with wheels.

Does the bliss pattern have a trolley sleeve? Also, what are its dimensions? The pictures are obviously different items.

Yes- I slid mine on the carryon handle using the sleeve. Dimensions are on site-
