We've always used Vit E for our skin. My father was beginning to get involuntary movements in right arm and RLS in left leg. Read about the benefits of high dose Vit E soft (2) capsules. Since putting my father on this after just 1 month symptoms started improving. Now at 4 months later. Involuntary movements have almost disappeared.
