Outdoor Research Men's Exit Jacket

I have an Exit hoody and really liked it, so my wife bought the regular jacket style for both herself and me.I like the cut of the regular jacket even better than the hoody ( which is cut with a bit more relaxed shape )This is not your typical soft shell the Wool Blend bonded fabric is just great, My wife works in the textile industry & marvels at it.warm but not too, comfortable from day one.Looks great as an outer jacket and works equally well as a mid weight layer.Thoroughly and highly recommended.

I've had this a season now and really like its construction, the soft contrasting color interior, the inside/outside pockets and looks. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the collar does not lay down smoothly - but does zip up nicely to protect your neck. Otherwise its a 5. I like its length, its a great light overcoat or as a warm base layer under my OR Alterego gore-tex jacket.

I really wanted to like this jacket. It looks good, it fits well, it's well-made, but it's not warm. The slightest breeze whips through this thing taking all of my warmth with it. Worn inside a wind-proof shell, it's relatively warm but not as good as other mid-layer jackets/sweaters. I'm still giving it 3 stars because I wear it - warmth or not.

This is a fantastic jacket. Can dress up a pair of jeans or casual khakis but also rugged enough to go hiking or camping. Unlike previous versions it does not have thumb holes which I don't mind at all. I'm 5'9" and about 180 pounds and the medium fits perfectly. The inside pocket is big enough for a smartphone, wallet, knife, or even a small snub nose revolver. Outdoor Research makes awesome clothes for active, outdoor guys that still have to go into the office occasionally.

This is a warm sweater that is also good looking. It is perfect for those cooler fall days outside, and as an inner layer for winter wear.

This fleece is great. A lot warmer than I expected it to be, works good for cool mornings when it's not raining.

The clothes is very good, but must pay attention to: one size larger than the standard size.

perfect fit and well made. I like the sleeves are a little long.
