I've been taking these daily for the last few months, they have zero taste and have not caused any issues that I can find. I used to have the worst stomach issues, anything too spicy or foreign would send me to the restroom! Even having bad anxiety would send me to the restroom.Since taking these i have not had any stomach issues since! I'm not just saying this just to leave a good review. These probiotics has genuinely helped my gut health. I've noticed some say there's an odd taste. Me personally I've never encountered that, perhaps some individuals received a bad batch? There's isn't much of a smell either.
