Missing parts
Parts for tightenig ( fixing screw) is missing in shield packets of elements. Only rubber pack is present in packet. It's not useful without fixing screw.

Needs quality improvement
The rod worked fine for a year but recently it started leaking from the thermistor space. Had to replace it with a new one from another vendor, on seeing this rod i realized that it got rusted because of hard water.

Too early to like or dislike the product. It is serving it's purpose well as of now. Only time will tell the quality of the product.
