Value for money and good service
This is my second Epson workforce, which is just right for my home office.

Worked for 6 months, OK printer til it broke
It was fine til the ADF stopped working after 6 months. Bought with a store guarantee, store said sure, Epson will send you a new one, call them direct.... turns out Epson only send you a reconditioned one, and the reconditioned one they sent me didn't work either. Currently waiting for another reconditioned one. Needless to say, this has involved quite a lot of time waiting on the phone. At least the recon machine arrived promptly the next day, even if it didn't work. Let's hope the 2nd one does...

Very difficult to connect to computer
I had a hunch this would be difficult to connect. After several hours of utter frustration I finally stumbled upon the correct process, but it is not at all intuitive. It was just by sheer luck that the laptop and the printer began to communicate. Had to go to Epson website which was very unclear and had to try numerous paths through the website when suddenly it worked! But I could no way repeat the process. Don't buy it, get another brand.
