This is cheap and better than other bands. Go for it. Material on top could be better.

The quality of product is very very bad & cheap. It developed leak from several.places within few weeks. It has to be thrown now. Useless product. Do not buy. Amazon should not sell it!

this is my second purchase of same neck collar.what makes this different from hard and soft collar ?the level of inflating of pillow bags provide traction and support to neck from all sides.only draw back is the material of pillow worns off with time.
