love these pins not so much because they are great, although, not bad, but that coincidentally, I have light auburn hair and they match perfectly, NOT BROWN. The blunt ends are obviously red. I sincerely appreciate that because for some reason redheads pay 5x as much for the same darn product??????

I ordered this particular package of Bobby pins because it was the best price and I knew I wouldn’t need anyplace near 48 pins. They are not as thick as I remember the Bobby pins from my younger days, but they hold my hair pretty well. So far they haven’t chipped, and they are raised on one side to glide over thick ringlets. Also, they are strong enough that they do not bend out of shape. They seem to be a little short, but again they are long enough to do the job. Seems to be money well spent.

Put this in a wedding day kit for niece. Sturdy.
