Unpretentious Baker's Ammonia, 5 Tbsp, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Traditional Leavening Agent (4 Ounce)

This is a must have if your making springerly cookies for Christmas.

This is note sold in most grocery stores only specialty stores. So glad I found this product.

Many other products only give people a tiny amount, so I wasn't sure what "5 tbsp" was. But when it arrived, I was shocked. It was a regular sized spice bottle FILLED to the brim with product. This is probably 5 lifetimes worth of Baker's Ammonium (since you don't use much per recipe).If you're worried about getting a bottle that is barely full, you don't need to search any longer, as this is a ton for the price.I measured (with bottle) 137 grams, or 4.8 ounces. Its a lot.

I made Swedish Dream cookies for Christmas. The recipe called for this. The recipe warned me about the smell it gives off as the cookies bake. I really wasn’t bothered by the smell at all and the recipe made such delicious, light cookies! Will make again.
