Working with no issue over 3 years
Have been using for 3 years now - no problems at all. Compatible with Dell, Acer and MacBook alike.

Dell quality
Nice and small, does get warm, on boot up advises that on you are on slow charge which is to be expected. Nice quality. Sent fast

Wow this is amazing for the size and price!
Ive just recieve and started using the device so my opinion may change but wow what an amazing little dock so far. Im very impressed.Cable management and portability/footprint of this device is the best ive seen on a mobile dock.It supports upto 90w charging.Has all the ports you need, 2 usb a, usb c, etherner, hdmi and two other display ports but i cannot remember their name.NOTE: only supports 1 screen which is fine for me.

Likely a used or returned unit!
Works as it should but has distinct look of a used unit, particularly packaging.

handy piece of kit for a Dell and other laptops

Expensive but very compatible for Dell equipment
Bought for an uncooperative Dell laptop. All other adapters failed as Dell seemingly only supported their own equipment. This said, it is plug and play out of the packet. I did update my Thunderbolt drivers running windows 11 prior to connecting which may have helped but anything’far eastern’ chipset has never worked on the USB C port. The only downside would be the expensive price as this is twice the price of the cheaper alternatives but for me this worked great.

Waste of money
I purchase this from Amazon as it was around £40 cheaper than directly from Dell. Great deal you may think, wrong. I have used it on two occasions, first time a set of speakers failed to work. Second time the HDMI would not work. I ended up borrowing a “cheap as chips” adaptor from my customer which worked with no issues. Ordered 10th October, only used twice, and Amazon had the Gall to tell me it was too late to return the item.
