Will this cut plexyglass

I used this to cut plastic tile spacers and I have to say it did the job but I think that is it’s max capacity. I would not have Even attempt plexiglas

Can it cut an acrylic sheet?

I found it could cut very thin plastic materials. It would only cut the first 5 mm of 2 mm plastic as it would loose heat too quickly and could not maintain the heat required to continue cutting. Good for cutting really thin plastics like packaging materials.

How do you remove the tip that’s already on?

Unscrew the collar to loosen the blade

Will this cut 10mm eva foam ?

Yes. However the tool is not very well made simply because the ferrule/blade assembly is made from aluminum and expands differently than steel thus coming loose and the blade coming out of the ferrule... Would recommend another hot knife. Hope this helps...
