Very Slick and easy to install (once you figure out their very unique descriptions). Excellent quality and value for the money. Works and looks amazing !

This system is beautiful, sturdy and solid. We bought 2 systems and both working well. The customer service at SR Sunrise was fantastic and very efficient. I originally contacted the seller via Amazon because I was missing the metal covers for the screw hole on the knob, for both shower systems. They informed me that the supplier said that they didn’t come with covers. Was disappointed with this because a family member bought the same system and theirs came with the covers. So I contacted SR Sunrise directly and Rito from customer service assured me that they do in fact have covers and will have them sent! He replied in less than 24 hours, was so helpful and I received the covers within 1 week. Excellent customer service I would definitely recommend them!

Just received the package (all parts very well wrapped). I can't believe the quality of this product. It's awesome!!! Very high quality, no plastic, made with top quality materials. Five stars is not enough. believe me ten stars would be more appropriate. Buy with confidence, this faucet is more than beautiful, it's absolutely perfect. For an easy and good looking installation, be sure to follow the included and detailed instructions.

I purchased this shower system for my newly remodeled bathroom. I am pleased with how it’s made and how beautiful it looks. I did have some questions about the system, so I contacted the company SR SUN RISE. The company has excellent customer service. Jarry addressed all my concerns and followed up with my requests in a prompt, timely and courteous manner. SR SUN RISE backs up their products and strives to have a satisfied customer. I would recommend.
