Impressed
I wasn't sure of the outcome with some mixed reviews on this. Built a small theatre room with a ceiling mounted projector & 100" drop down screen. Running a 7.2 receiver and wired for 2 Subs on LFE with an RCA Y splitter for right & left on the Sub. Well I won't need 2 Subs, this 12" puts out some impressive thunder. I'm no Pro, but I know good bass when I hear it. It's big, and as others have said, big bang for the buck, and it seems to be well built. Auto on/off works well, and I am not picking up any audible hum. I may be replacing some higher end 10 inchers with this one on some of my other systems.

Not 800w but definitely worth the buy
I am very surprised on the sound this thing puts out. It thumps. Now is it 800w ???? Absolutely not. Why they would advertise that is beyond me. It does sound good. I feel it’s a cheap bass addition to any application. I use this in my garage with my surround sound and it sounds good. The quality of this product so far seems to be good for the price point. If you’re looking to make noise add bass for a cheap price I would recommend this product. As far as why no 5 stars Is due to the fact that it is NOT what they claim at 800 watts. Maybe 150-200 tops. Reason I say this is because the subwoofer I replaced was also a 12” and the amp rating was 96w this is a bit stronger but not by a whole lot.

Great sound!
Excellent subwoofer. My home system can now hold it's own when jamming together with guitar amplifier wailing alongside. . Nice standby mode and adjustable crossover I have set wide open. Overall good playback sound quality at lower volumes as well. Didn't realize how much my bass needed fixing.

The bass on this thing is crazy
So I used to have two 12" sub in my car, I'm new to home audio, but this sub is crazy. House audio is so much more powerful than car audio, this single 12" sub pumps so much bass it hurts my chest and makes me uncomfortable. I have it on almost the lowest setting because turning it up is overwhelming. Movies sound like you're sitting in the theater. My only complaint is the confusing hook ups on the back, the "high level output" for peripheral speakers only works in you also use the "high level input", ir doesn't function if you hook the sub up with RCA cables. My receiver has one RCA output for a subwoofer and I plugged it into the LEFT RCA "line in" and it works perfectly. I've only had this sub for a couple weeks, but as of now I'm blown away, and it is pretty reasonable price, I recommend it.

12 inch version
I purchased the 12 Inch Version and it is a Beast.. I had some neighbors in a Mobile home partying all the time with a Bluetooth loud speaker and I cut this on after hooking up to my Pioneer receiver and all that mess stopped right away. If your receiver only has one Subwoofer connection...just hook up a male to 2 male y connector cable to it..thank me later.9/29/2024 UpdateThis Speaker is TRASH. It has a very bad sound after break in point. Sounds like blown out Speakers after 2 months...Very Cheap and No Support!!! It Only sounds good for 1-2 months . You will never get to turn it up past 1/4th the Gain Volume on the Volume knob.

Out of this world!
This subwoofer delivers! The sound clarity, the power, the mere strength of sound communicates makes you feel like you’re in a movie theater, fully immersed in experience of alternate reality. Didn’t expect this. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend to anyone with high expectations of purity of audio. Dig!
