Great for fish

I was really looking forward to the truffle aioli but it tastes nothing like truffle. It tastes like mustard. It tastes like someone squeezed Grey Poupon into a different bottle. Really disappointing.This may be the first one star review I’ve ever left on Amazon.

Very good on sandwiches.

this is so good with any pork chop, steak or whatever. i don’t like meat by itself and i’m sick of bbq sauce so this is an AMAZING product for me !

I cook my mushrooms in the oven with just this product and a bit of salt, Yummy!

I had high hopes for the Terrapin Ridge Farms Truffle Aioli, but it fell short of expectations. The truffle flavor is very mild, almost nonexistent, and the aioli itself has a thinner consistency than I expected. It also has a slightly artificial aftertaste that I didn’t enjoy. While the squeeze bottle is convenient, the taste just isn’t worth the price. I’ve tried other truffle aiolis with much richer flavor, so I wouldn’t repurchase this one.

I gave this product to a friend with other truffle-infused goodies in a handmade basket. This was their absolute favorite. They have been using this truffle aioli on almost everything.

Soooooo NASTY, it taste Hellmann’s mayonnaise with something would see and dry, not really a truffle taste
