Perfect for any rehabilitation therapy. I used it on my therapist's recommendation and got desired results. Although this can be used on one's own, therapeutic supervision will bring you excellent results. So its always better to use the item under medical supervision.

Recommended by my occupational therapist after wrist surgery -- worked great, and I keep one around to squeeze when my job is annoying.

I picked this up as a stocking stuffer, hoping it would work well as a squishy ball. The color is exactly as shown in the product photos. It's a bit smaller and firmer than I anticipated, but overall still a nice little gift.

I've had a terrible time finding a stress ball that's not filled with fluid or plastic granules, both of which suck IMHO. This is a solid gel ball (not filled with something else) and it's perfect. To those reviewers who call it "sticky," well...you didn't spend more than two minutes with it, did ya? The ball comes with a little baby-powder coating that wears off fast, but it's not sticky. UNTIL YOU WASH IT. Once you wash it, spend 10 minutes playing with it and the oil from your skin eventually makes it feel dry (not oily, just...normal). It's quite obvious that people who call it sticky have washed it, felt it was sticky, threw it back in the package and off it went to Amazon.
