The only real quirk I've noticed is on a couple MSI motherboards which are incapable of internally resetting themselves without cheating by briefly cycling the power supply; in the event of a system freeze, these motherboards cannot be reset (either by pressing the reset button or by holding the power button down for 4 seconds) without shutting the other motherboard down first so that power can be actually cycled off and back on.
