Solid product so far
I’ve only needed it a couple times, and I’m a little surprised it costs as much as it does, but a rotary throatless shear is a wonderful tool to have if you make patch repairs with sheet metal. It’s a quantum leap ahead of hand shears, especially as the cut lengths increase. You don’t need to wrestle with the material, just start feeding it and ratchet away. The only thing I can foresee needing in the future will be replacement wheels…we shall see

This made cutting up my projects 10x faster
I’m so happy with this product! It’s made my project 10x faster cutting through 22g steel sheet like paper. I wish I had bought this sooner. Package came in tack and on just in time for the right project. Its cuts a pretty solid line on the inboard side and jagged on the outboard. You just have to keep an eye on it as you passing your piece through to keep it straight but it’s not really a hassle since it cuts pretty smooth. Over hall I’m more than happy with my new addition.

This machine will not do what it was advertised to do
It will not cut the specified thickness of material nor will it cut any shape. Very poorly made for the price. The wrench is just very cheaply made and mine is very close to falling apart after cutting two lines 1.5 inches long in mild steel (.04 thick) I will be returning it for a refund.

Worth the $$
I am very pleased so far. It cut through 18 gauge aluminum easily.
