My doctor recommended I take these for pain. I’ve been taking them but I can’t tell if they help, as I take other meds and still have pain. I also take Nootropics PEA for the same reason.

My quest has been to reduce the frequency, duration and severity of migraines. I've been disabled by migraines, but disability is not an option because it leads to depression and poverty. I've had a lot of improvement in my health over the years, and significant reduction in migraines for many reasons. This Rephyll Capsule supplement could be helping to reduce the frequency of migraines and the intensity of the pain. I find that if I am able to take medication early while the pain is not extreme, the migraine goes away faster and I feel more normal in the aftermath as well. I have had fewer migraines and the pain has been far less intense. I also notice that lower back pain is improved, and is less noticeable. I've used anti-migraine formulas that contained hops, and I smell rosemary essential oil as a helper too, so it is not surprising that this could be a new and wonderful addition to the supplement tool box to end migraine disability. Losing one day is bad enough, but to lose two or three days, a whole week to intense strings of migraine is just not financially healthy and it certainly is not healthy to suffer literal torture. This Beta Caryophyllene supplement could be a new winner for people like me. It's worth a try to see if it helps you. It isn't a stand alone product, there is so much to be considered when taking on migraines and getting them under control so you can have a life and show up. I'll continue to take it. I've been adding it daily with my other routine supplements. This product is not intended for migraine specifically but for general help with pain management. I'll update if needed. I've been enjoying the brand, Nootropics Depot for a number of years now and I am confident in their quality control. The price for the capsules is reasonable, but to save money you can get the jar of bulk powder. The capsules are quite convenient and worth paying a bit more. 5 stars

I bought two of these, which was not cheap, then noticed that the 250 mg referred to pepper and 6% of it was beta caryophyllene, which would be 15 mg. Clinical studies use at least 100mg. In addition, plain old pepper has at least 6% beta caryophyllene, so they didn't even extract it. So basically, put pepper in capsules, labeled it beta caryophyllene, and sold it. If you want cheaper beta caryophyllene you can just buy clove capsules. It would be about the same amount, I believe. I feel embarrassed that I was so easily duped but next time I'll read labels better. And to make things worse, Amazon says that product cannot be returned. So I have wasted over $50. DO NOT BUY!!!

Beta-caryophyllene is a cannabinoid found in a variety of plants, and abundantly in black pepper. It has no intoxicating effects. However, it might have a role in relieving anxiety, reducing pain, and helping with seizures. It may also have anti-inflammatory effects. I haven't noticed any improvement per se from taking it, but it might be having subtle effects (plus I already have my mental and physical health under control, and take a lot of other supplements). Nootropics Depot is a great brand, and they test thoroughly and have great customer service. You honestly can't go wrong buying from this brand.

Normally, Nootropics Depot omits fillers, but this one has some I like to avoid, and that also makes the capsules larger than necessary. That apart, it seems to be a very effective formula! I feel that some joint pain I have experienced lately after some unwise over-exertion is definitely diminished. I really appreciate Nootropics Depot's exploration of TCM, and other cutting edge innovations!
