Jalapeno Spam was very good. It tasted spicy, but not to spicy. Heat level is slightly above or at mild in flavor. It is very good alone, in a sandwhich, fried, or cooked in scrabbled eggs! It is very versatile in recipes. The texture was as spam is. And it lasts for years! I recommend trying this!

Having less sodium makes this good for you too! Cost-wise I've found Amazon has spam for less money than our local grocer so it's an excellent value.
