Fantastic - and accurate!!

Fantastic - and accurate!! I knew my oven was between 20°C - 30°C off (lower than the dial) so I tried this oven thermometer out to get an exact temperature (so it’s easier to work with) and when it settled, it showed it was at 25°C off.The large dial face is great, and the base is sturdy, yet not “chunky” so it fits comfortably on an oven tray along with your pastry trays/roasting pans.
