does this helmet have lining on the inside?

The inside of helmet is not lined, but there is a network of ‘leather’ strips with a lace up top inside that can be tightened to adjust how it sits on one’s head.

I have a 25 inch circumference head, how well would this fit with an arming cap?

I have a large head and it didn’t fit bare as they claimed it would ,i was using it as a reinactment helm and cap and chain mail was definitely out . I can wear ball caps and all that but this stuff is smaller then they say ,I always order stuff bigger because it’s always small, just as I did with the Templar tunics that are out with the border lines on them even at 3xl it didn’t fit with chain mail.
