i opened a brand new bottle and noticed the glass tip was very sharp - it was broken! Imagine if i didnt notice this and ingested glass? Good product- helps my sinuses but bad packaging. and i called that customer service number and hung up after 15 mins of waiting —— update: Mary Ruth company backs their product and are very responsive. After the broken glass tip, they reached out to me and gave me a refund. I have been buying this product consistently and its usually is good. But the last bottle that was sent to me seems weak. The serum is lighter and less concentrated than normal. and my sinuses are acting up so i dont know whats going on. I hope this bottle was a one time fluke
